ISLAMABAD: Islamabad, the federal capital, has witnessed a disturbing surge in street crime incidents, with armed robbers brazenly targeting citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a recent alarming incident, a senior journalist was robbed of his iPhone 14 Pro Max at gunpoint by two unknown motorcyclists in the Sector F-8 area of Islamabad. The incident occurred on Ismail Zabeeh Road, where the journalist was walking with two friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The police have registered FIR (No\u00a0 722\/24) against the unknown robbers and launched a search operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
