Standard Chartered Pakistan partners with ConnectHear to enhance accessibility and inclusion through virtual sign language services

Karachi: Standard Chartered Pakistan has partnered with ConnectHear to implement Pakistan’s first ever virtual sign language interpretation application. This innovative app enables seamless communication for individuals with hearing impairments, providing them with instant access to interpretation services at the tap of a button.

This application will be rolled out across 10 SC branches nationwide, ensuring increased accessibility and financial inclusion for the Bank’s clients. Beyond improving client experience, this tool will play a pivotal role in the recruitment and support of hearing-impaired employees, fostering a more inclusive workplace.
